THE REASONS BEHIND LOSSES TO AIRINDIA !!!

2. AIRINDIA Management follow
   the Adamant policy to Sell High-Fare Seats which are unaffordable for Common
   Man. So they do not get enough passengers and hence less revenue is
   generated.
3. They
   follow a policy not to sell seats in lower fares even if their flights are not
   filled up.
4. They
   have taken off flights from many profitable sectors and also they do not provide
   enough flights for sectors which have high demand of Air Travellers like The
   Andaman sector, only 1 flight from Chennai and Kolkata to Port Blair.
5. Their
   staffs behave very rudely at the Offices.
6. Their
   reservation staffs at the City Offices will block low-fare seats and sell to
   Tour-Operators to favor tourists but they wont sell the same to a middle class
   person or a less salaried person.
7. Their
   IATA  agents are very corrupted.

So
Please consider these steps:

1. 
   
2. Re-open
   the profitable routes that were closed to favor Private Airliners.
3. Stop
   looting air-travelers with sky high fares. Bring the airfare down.
4. Bring
   down the one-way Airfares in the range of Rs.4500-8000, for most profitable
   sectors like Chennai-Port Blair-Chennai and Kolkata-Port Blair-Kolkata. AirIndia
   flights will surely fly with all seats filled up and losses will be
   recovered.
5. Provide
   one more flights to the above mentioned sectors every alternate day during the
   season April-February every year. These are the peak seasons.
6. Stop
   
   your IATA agents and Staffs from blocking economy class seats in advance, to
   favor tourists and tour-operators, like they are doing for the Port
   Blair-Chennai/Kolkata sectors.
7. Provide
   transparency and remove corrupted and ill-behaved staffs of
   AirIndia.
