According to a survey conducted through out the World and found that Indian Employes working in India are low paid Employ as compared to other parts of the Globe--- As elections are conducted every five years--- Planning For development of country are planned for every five years ---Then why not Pay commission and census may be conducted for every five years for the development of the country and citizen? Please discuss ?
